To say that "LA doesn't have a prayer" and "They'll never recover" after only 1 game on the opponent's home court is ludicrous! After last night's 109-102 victory, I'd say LA's moral is quite high. LA is still not shooting well (over 50% for the year) and Bryon Scott and James Worthy are not contributing as they have in previous playoff appearances. If LA cranks up the scoring in the Forum (over 130 pts/gm in the playoffs), this could be a short 5 game series for the Celtics. Contrary to popular belief, I think the 2-3-2 playoff set-up (instead of last years 2-2-1-1-1) favors Boston. A game 6 would be hard for LA to win in Boston and a game 7 would be impossible. That means the Lakers are forced to win their 3 games at home to win the title. To win 3 straight games in the NBA against anyone is tough. To win them against Boston is near impossible. From this description, it would appear that Boston will win in 7; however, I'll go against logic and take LA in 5. - Tim Robison
