To get off the subject of Boston (urrgh), I think the Clippers have done
themselves proud in the off season. With the addition of Cedric Maxwell,
Jamaal Wilkes and Benjamin Benoit I think they've got the core of a strong
contention team, though they still need more talent. Benoit hasn't looked
terrible in the pre-season, though he obviously needs a year or two to get
up to speed (especially coming out of a D-II school). Norm hasn't yet
resigned, either.
Ewing was impressive the other night from the clips I saw, despite losing the
game (to Houston). Has anyone seen enough of him to comment?
