He also assured me that their real hardware hackers would have been able to identify to cause of the problem, and that I had simply been unfortunate to have called while they were all out of the office. He also debunked the lady's claim that we gave up our rights of warranty by taking the printer and controller out of our boxes ourselves. --Christopher -------
