Has anyone received an LN01 Programmer Reference Manual (shipped with 
the LN01) with an Appendix B? The section on "Font Record" refers to
appendix B but there isn't anything beyond Appendix A.

Appendix B is supposed to describe how the binary data is encoded
into sixels. In the absense of Appendix B, does anyone know how
the binary data is encoded into sixels?
