Hi: Your message about your Imagen problem was forwarded to me.
The problem you described (bottom left corner of prints is
wrinkled) is caused by a bad separation roller.This is a little
black rubber wheel that rides on the right hand side of the drum
and acts with the separation belt to peel the prints off of the
drum.You need to have a couple of special tools to replace it,
because it's positioning on the shaft needs to be calibrated.If
you don't have a tool kit, you might be able to just mark the
position of the old roller.The roller seems to flake out every
20,000 prints or so,and the thing never seems to look bad.I would
suggest replacing the separation belt at the same time.This is the
clear plastic belt that rides on the roller.
