From: horton@harvard.ARPA (Nike Horton) Speaking of Imagen helpfulness, we had a problem with cartridge delivery a while back (45 day delay in receipt). Since reporting the problem the cartridges arrived Federal Expressed, and several people have called me since to ask if there are still problems and to describe what steps they have taken to ensure that similar things don't happen in the future. I was very impressed by their courtesy and their sincerity; it is a refreshing change. From: Alan Parker <parker@nrl-css> I received 20 toner carts when I ordered 10. I cheerfully paid for the extra 10, to save myself some trouble later getting them. Our HP salesman tells me that they stock them in this area (DC) so I'm going to give them a try soon. -Alan
