Our experience has been that reorder numbers change quite frequently, particularly for the toner for the QMS 1200/ Xerox 2700/xerox 3300/xerox 3700/etc. For example, 6r33 became 6r233 and is now 6r99. The problem is that Xerox appears to have no cross reference capability and our purchasing agent usually ends up telling us that Xerox no longer makes the toner. When this happens we have to get the current reorder number from our Xerox service person. Frank DiPace BBN
