I looked at the program we are using currently, and indeed, you're right. The only explanation I can offer is that I never read through the code to catch errors like that, because I knew that it would not be generally released as it stood, in any case. It was not the case that we deliberately failed to give her credit, but rather that we were careless. We accidently sent this version out to people who asked for it without thinking to add the necessary comments and credits, both to her and to the General Electric Foundation which funded our work at Dartmouth.
