From: gls@THINK.ARPA (Guy Steele) Yep, I was dismayed also when I looked for the colophon in each of the two books I cited and failed to find them. Next time I'll insist on including one. At one point during the discussion of typefaces for the LISP book, I did have the names of the typefaces in front of me, but the records of that got mixed up in my move to Massachusetts.
