I am standing at attention as I type this sir! (I picture you sitting at your desk in the Pentagon in your "desert night" cammies with your Sykes Fairburn strapped to your thigh and a HK P7 in a shoulder holster, - 'real' soldiers never carry regulation sidearms! - planning the upcoming invasion of NIC.) Request permision to say you don't appear to know 'beans' about discipline and children! Even if you have read that old humbug G.B.Shaw. You may not even know anything about the martial arts!!!! Such a dreadful thing to say to a man of your type. No one here, I think it is safe to say, is in favor of BEATING children. On the other hand the little rats want to run wild and often don't listen to verbal 'requests' to stop beating smaller sister/brother. The 'liberal' don't physically correct your children CRAP has gone the way of the rest of the liberal agenda, don't you know. Even Dr Spock (not the one with the pointy ears - the one with the pointy head!) has said that he was misquoted and misunderstood. Bad chow, Col.??? What happened? Why so narrow a view of discipline? Why so silly a statement about the martial arts not teaching discipline? I'll just put it down to a mental lapse sir. Carry on.
