My son is just one year old, and I am beginning to think ahead to toilet training. I would appreciate hearing the advice of experienced parents. More specifically, how did you know when to start toilet training? What seemed to work with your child(ren)? What did not work, and why do you think it didn't? A friend of mine thinks that perhaps children with cloth diapers learn toilet training faster, since they are more uncomfortable than with the disposable variety. Any opinions on this theory?
