Accordion-style baby gate. V-shaped top edges and aimond-shaped openings in
gate may trap toddler's head, possibly causing strangulation.

What to do: Discard gate. The Consumer PRoduct Safety Commission has halted
production of this product, but manufacturers are permitted to sell accordion-
style gates now in inventory. replace with safer nonaccordion-style baby gate
with straight top edge and rigid mesh screen, plastic grids, or vertical slats.
