Announcing the arrival of
Carlton Grigalus Hommel
Born 13:54 July 5, 1985.
7 lbs 12 3/4 oz.

His original due date was June 5. Around June 19, they decided it was more
like June 17. Labor lasted ~24 hours, and ended with a low forceps delivery
with the informed consent of both parents. Despite all the complications and
weeks spend in the hospital during the pregnancy, the baby is incredibly
healthy. My congratulations to the staff at the Brigham and Women's Hospital,
myself, and of course, Alana.
Mother and son are both home now, and adjusting nicely. (The cat, however...)
