An observation of Nova Vul. '84 was made at 0251 UTC Aug. 20. The instrument used was a 12.5 inch f/4.5 Newtonian. -- Estimated magnitude 7.4 -- Comparison stars used where 7.9 and 7.4 as indicated on preliminary chart c from the AAVSO.
