[net.astro] Organized viewing of Haley's comet

    Sorry if this has been posted before, but I'm looking for information
about groups which may be coordinating amateur observations of Haley's Comet.
I'm also interested in any information regarding obtaining grants to pay 
for the research.  Please mail responses to me and I'll summarize if there
