(line eater, line eater, oh eat me a line... ) Alright, here is another SPICE querry. In certain applications, it is good to implement a device in SPICE using an ideal switch. However, SPICE does not have a relay or actual switch to use in the circuit description. That is, our SPICE , at least. In particular, I am trying to simulate capacitor switching, and before I bog down our system with a myriad of MOSFETs, and thereby increase run times and complexity of output, I was hoping to be able to introduce aforementioned ideal switches. Implementing MOSFETs has the disadvantage of introducing charge feedthrough errors, which I would like to avoid at this stage in order to pin down the magnitude of other errors. Any hot tips will be much appreciated. Bernard Schwab Siemens RTL 105 College Rd. East, Princeton , NJ ,08540 tel.
