What is wrong with this country? We used to be the most adventurous country when it came to space exploration, now we aren't sending a probe to Halley. Even the Europeans, with their Airriane rocket (BOOM on launchpad), are sending two probes. I guess there is no military value in it, is there, but WAIT... The Russians are sending up something... maybe they plan to use Halley as a remote missle launching pad for a first strike in 2062!
