I am interested in getting recommendations for a PC. The unit is to be a gift for a 14 year old, who will commence high school in the fall. It is desired that there be considerable software support and cost is under $1000. (Therefore I assume no built in monitor or disk drive.) Comments and recommendations are appreciated.
