Papers in computer networks are solicited.  Topic areas include  but  not
restricted to the following:

PAPER SUBMISSION


Authors should submit 3 copies of full paper in English  and in a double spaced,
typewritten form to Program Committee Chairman or Co-Chairman by 1 June 1985.
Submitted papers will be reviewed by the Program Committee.  Notices  of  accep-
tance  will  be sent out to authors by 15 July, 1985. Authors of accepted papers
will be required to submit the final camera-ready copy for  publication  in  the
proceedings no later than 1 September 1985.



Tutorials will be held on 21 October 1985.  Proposals  for the tutorials are so-
licited.  The special one-day session on Pacific-USA Joint  Network Meeting will
be held on 24 October 1985.
