They turned down at least one other offer (CBS)--looks as if things are looking up! Though they can no tear up the independent charts, this exposure should do everyone good. This should insure (?) that they don't get caught up in problems like those with Twin Tone-- _Let_it_Be_ was finished a full year before it finally made it to the stores. Don't look for a video. Is there anyone else out there on the net who considers the Replacements one of the best bands around?
