1. How far in horizontal miles is it from the lowest place in the
       continential U.S. to the highest place? (ignore Alaska)

2. Trick Question: name the western most, eastern most, northern most and
	southern most states.

3. Each of the 50 states has a lowest place and a highest place.  Which
	state has the lowest highest place?  Which state has the highest
	lowest place?  For a bonus name those places.

4. Which is further north, the southern most place in Canada or
	San Fransisco, CA.

5. Which is farther north, Edinburgh Scotland or Anchorage Alaska?

6. If "physically passes over" is defined to mean intersects a line normal
	to the surface of the earth, does the moon physically pass over
	any part of the continential U.S., the USSR, China?

7. Which is farther west Disneyworld in Florida or Santiago Chile?
