Earlier I posted a puzzle (which appears below along with its answer).
Nobody sent in the right answer.  If anyone posted the right answer on
the net I probably missed it, because we have had no news feed in
Minnesota for several weeks.

The secret is: take the "exclusive or" of each pair of side-by-side
LEDs.  The result appears below and between the pair.  Do this with the
last row and you get a new row with five LEDs which read:

	       ---     ***     ***     ---     ***
	      *   |   *   *   *   *   *   *   |   *
	       ***     ---     ---     ***     ***

Read these as letters in the English alphabet and you get "chaos" which
is the answer.
