Why not just buy your stamps at the super-market checkout counter?  All the
major chains sell them at cost as a convience to their customers.

Oh, gosh!  First it was UPS, then Federal, then electronic transfer and now it's
Safeway and Albertson's and King Sooper!  What are those poor people going to do
when all they got left to pass out is junk mail?  Oh! Oh! The scouts could do
that.
