[] You know, I feel really disturbed about posting this, it looks so corny. However, this is a genuine enquiry: I've exhausted all the sources of information I have available, and drawn blanks in each. It all stems from a BBC radio program I heard a few years ago. I'm SURE that I remember hearin a contributor (it was a wild-life program) state that wombat droppings were quadrilateral in cross-section. I dismissed this when I heard it - really, it does seem corny, doesn't it? - but, over the years, a nagging doubt has remained in my mind. Is this true, O ye knowledgeable? And, if so, why? How DO those sphincter muscles work? I REALLY HAVE TRIED TO FIND THIS OUT. Please don't flame me too hard, this is a genuine enquiry. Any help very gratefully received. How DO those >sphincter muscles work? This can't be true. I always thought that they were tapered; otherwise (oh oh, here it comes) what would keep their assholes from slamming shut?:> -etan
