I have a request for information for a cheap Modula-2 compiler that will run on an IBM 4381. This person would like to teach M2, but needs a compiler. Please contact him directly (he is not on the net). He has experience using M2 on IBM PCs using Logitech; but needs to use the 4381 for this particular course. I need one as well... I need it for an operating system that doesn't exist, so written in M2 would be nice. --Steve P.S. I was sorta expecting to write it myself, but if someone else gone and done it, I have other projects.

I know of two active efforts to install Modula-2 on /370 machines:
a) Modula-2/CMS - TU Berlin; contact: Thomas Habernoll
(HABERNOL at DB0TUI11)
b) Modula-2/370 - Savvy Computing, Inc., 2 Edgecliff Road,
Upper Montclair, NJ 07043;
contact: Jeffrey Savit
(JEFFS at MAINE)
I hope that this is of some help.
