To: USENET System Administrators From: ihnp4!iwu1c!kerns A friend of mine is interested in getting hooked up to USENET and would like to know: a. who to contact b. what software is required (other than UUCP) c. approximate cost d. etc. (any other pertinent information for new sites) Their site runs a VAX 11/750 I beleive, under a Berkely version of UNIX(tm).
