netnews was installed at this site about 1 yr ago by the usual method of
borrowing from a neighbor. it appears to have been behaving satisfactorily
ever since. it has been largely "administered" thru benign neglect.
recently, i observed that we are running version "B 2.10 beta 3/9/83".
question: when is 2.10.3 (do i have that right?) coming out? if not
for some time, are there any compelling reasons for us to obtain 2.10.2?
