[net.news.sa] "Returned" news article

	I had a rather strange occurence today: a news article which I had
posted to net.ham-radio a week ago got returned to me via ihnp4 today.  I do
not claim to have extensive knowledge of ARPA-net operations, so I do not know
for certain what happened.  It APPEARS to me that someone's mailer barfed when
Usenet articles were being gatewayed to ARPA-net, making the mailer think I
was sending mail instead of just distributing a Usenet article, but I could
be wrong.
	Perhaps posting of this article will help someone localize a problem.
I would also appreciate an explanation from some knowledgeable source.
