[net.news.sa] mod.map file name changes

For those of you keeping track of such things, all AT&T sites outside
of the USA are now distributed in a file called att.intl.  All
att.<country> files should be deleted from your maps directory.  AT&T
also publishes another file called att.misc which you should include
in your maps directory as well.....
