Before I blast everyone involved in this discussion with my afterburner, let me ask a question: Is this a joke? Is all this being said with tongue planted firmly in cheek? Or are the allegations on the order of "XYZ Oil Company bought the rights to a carburetor that will get 200 mpg and is sitting on it to keep up their profits" meant seriously? I don't recall seeing any smiley faces. Carl Deitrick ihnp4!iham1!cbd

Anyone who intended them seriously would never know how to log into a computer and post them. -- Norman Diamond UUCP: {decvax|utzoo|ihnp4|allegra}!watmath!watdaisy!ndiamond CSNET: ndiamond%watdaisy@waterloo.csnet ARPA: ndiamond%watdaisy%waterloo.csnet@csnet-relay.arpa "Opinions are those of the keyboard, and do not reflect on me or higher-ups."

Next thing I know, you'll be telling me that the phone company has known about ESP all along, but they're suppressing it because it threatens their profits. -- Carl
