One of the main purposes of this news group is to allow meaningful dialogue. And with such dialogue, maybe a better understanding may develop. Within the framework of this group as it was initially established, [ a) not a forum for whether gay is good/bad, natural/ unnatural, and b) the discussion of explicit sexual practices which could be offensive to some readers will not be allowed. NOTE: Sorry I'm paraphrasing these, but don't have the original article to refer to ], I say, come one, come all, join the discussion. That's what so many people fought so hard for. However, I would agree with a point made by Alix. Don't unknowingly put down gays by stating in your article, "I'm not gay, but...! (i.e. My gawd, don't think for a moment that I might be one. :-) ) p.p.s. A note to Arwen. I don't think that you will find much support for groups like the Man/Boy Association. Yes, it does exist, but those people involved in such activities represent a very small part of the gay population. If you want some reassurance, check any Introductory Psychology text. Unfortunately, it is sicko's like that as well as other very small groups within the gay community (whatever that means) who create endless problems for homosexuals as well as in this case, involve minors in activities that they may not be able or willing to voluntarily give their consent. It's a sad commentary that the organization somehow manages to continue in operation. Of course the whole issue of child prostitution and incest in this country is a very shameful scandal.
