I would like to know who is going to decide what a 'gay bathhouse' is. If you think about this, could this include Any facility which has showers? like gyms and y[wm]ca's, sauna's, swimming pools. If we are going to cut down on AIDS, why not regulate all of these places, since one could possibly get AIDS there also. We are going to have people who want and will have sex in public places. so you have a choice, let them have their bath houses and we keep the parks, or let tham also have the parks. This is sort of like the issue of abortions: there will always be people who will get abortions, so do you let then do it in the back alleys with cloths hangers, or do you let them in the hospitals?
