This is in response to Paul Dubec's comments about the fact that he hasn't seen many children in areas with a large gay population. Many homosexual parents lose custody and visitation rights because their ex-spouse or the courts find out they are gay. They want to be involved parents and are not allowed to be. Provincetown was probably a bad choice of examples because it is predominately a vacation spot. Lots of parents take vacations without their kids. In general it is probably difficult to tell if homosexuals have children, because you obviously can't usually tell who's gay. In fact a lot of people assume that people with children are heterosexual. Lori Fuller
