What is all this talk about "moral traditions" as a way of denying we
homosexuals our rights in society? Traditions, just as laws, should and
do change with time. Maintaining a continuous "tradition" or "law" just
because "my ancestors did so" leads to societal stagnation. If you wish
to discuss the "rightness or wrongness" of homosexuality, you should not
use "tradition" or "law" in your arguments. In any case, this type of
discussion does not really belong in this newsgroup although I do find it
(most of the time) fascinating to hear what the homophobes, homophiles, and
our various supporters and detractors have to say about us.
