I'd like to conduct a survey of readers on this newsgroup. Following is a description of what I'd like to find out: Do you live in a rural/suburban/urban area? Do you spend most of your recreational/non-work time with straight, gay, or bi people? What kinds of activities do you participate in for recreation, either with others or by yourself? If with others, with gay/bi people? **Please note, this is not intended in a *dirty-minded* way** Do you live alone or with others? If with others, gay/bi/or straight? How old are you? Do you consider yourself to be an "active" gay person? If so, how long have you "been out"? Do you go to bars for "night entertainment"? If so, gay/straight? Do you "participate" in the activities often engaged in by many people who go to bars-- (i.e. do you pick up/get picked up?) Do you usually go alone, or with others? How about the names of places? I'd like to compile a list of popular spots in various areas. **This is the item I'm *most* interested in** EXTREME CONFIDENTIALITY WILL BE MAINTAINED. Your responses will not be shared with ANYONE. If I receive a sufficient number of responses, I will post a summary to the newsgroup, but NO NAMES WILL BE POSTED. This is a sincere attempt to gather information to satisfy my own "curiosity".
