I may get yelled at, 'cause this has VERY LITTLE to do with gay issues/people, but here goes: About two years ago, I had the fortune to see on PBS tv here in NJ (13 from NYC), an adaptation for TV of Mark Twain's story "The Mysterious Stranger", with Chris Makepeace and Lance Kerwin as the two male leads. These two actors are both in their late teens, and both VERY cute. (at least in my book - I tend to have a thing for guys around my own age, which is 19). In the TV special, the two actors have such a close relationship, it borders on the, well ... gay? What I am wondering, has anyone else seen this program and gotten the same sort of reaction I had from it? Even without this particular idea, this was a @u(very well done) piece of television, even though the Times (NY) sort of panned it, everytime I see it again I am impressed with its quality, and the impression that it leaves on me at the end. I'd appreciate any/all reaction, either here, on MOTSS, or to my personal mailbox at Athena. Happy New Year Andrew S. Gerber decvax!athena!gerber gerber%charon@MIT-MC.ARPA
