Haven't figured out how to include parts of previous messages... But Sophie asked if there was a homosexual/heterosexual war with the bisexuals caught in between. Some might choose to characterize what is happening as a war. There are certainly many many gay and lesbian casualties with people thrown out of homes, disowned by parents, discarded by mates, attacked by heterosexuals, fired from jobs, and alone after having lost their children through the courts. Is that a war? or simply part of the usual "domestic scene"? Then again unless you consider your opponent strong or a worthy adversary you might consider what goes on just simple oppression. Perhaps by characterizing it as war you somehow give some credence to the power of the oppressed group (although in a negative sense). Sophie -- those are rhetorical questions.
