I made a promise I oughtn't have.  I oughtn't speak about the the N.H. Dept of
Human Services (is that name right?).  This is given that TIME, Inc. *may* be
reading this net (or at any rate it is a _public_ forum) and given some stuff I
do know about the internal situation in the NH "DHS".  Sorry, I spoke before I 
thought yesterday.  \bob
