It has been brought to my attention that our "system" has been generating duplicate articles in various newsgroups. I have tracked this problem down (I believe). The problem was not in the system, or it's software, the problem was human error (really). We have been training a new news administrator over the last several weeks and he seems to have gotten confused and started posting articles that were already in the system (don't ask me why...). Anyway, I think the problem is solved now. Thanks to the people that called my attention to the problem. Mark Vasoll Oklahoma State University Computer Science Department
