I am trying to install news software (B 2.10.2 9/18/84) on a Silcon Graphics Iris 2400 running SG's SV. I used the usg version of the make file and all built fine. However postnews, readnews and rnews all bomb, with the system complaining about bus errors and user traps. Does anyone have news running on an iris.
