I had a rather strange occurence today: a news article which I had posted to net.ham-radio a week ago got returned to me via ihnp4 today. I do not claim to have extensive knowledge of ARPA-net operations, so I do not know for certain what happened. It APPEARS to me that someone's mailer barfed when Usenet articles were being gatewayed to ARPA-net, making the mailer think I was sending mail instead of just distributing a Usenet article, but I could be wrong. Perhaps posting of this article will help someone localize a problem. I would also appreciate an explanation from some knowledgeable source.
