We seem to get a large number of articles that end up in the "junk"
newsgroup. Most of them are posted from sites that have site names in
capital letters (e.g., ISM780 and ICO); practically all of them are
running Notesfiles. The headers of the articles superficially appear OK.
Is this a known problem for which there is a fix? We are running
2.10.2 (8/14/84 version). Any hints gratefully appreciated.

Thanks to all who responded to my request re junked articles.
The real problem was that inews was not logging properly. I reinstalled
it and it began to log the junked articles. As I later came to suspect,
they were merely too old. The fact that they were mostly from notesfiles
systems and from sites with upper-case names were both red herrings;
it just happens that ISM780 and ICO are both running notes and they
are both very far away, topologically speaking, from styx.
