[net.news.adm] Use sendsys with caution, or not at all!

First, I'd like to suggest than anyone who needs to use the sendsys
and senduuname messages be extremely careful to restrict their distribution.
Mike's posting caused LOTS of pollution. Don't cause more.

If you want to get the routing information from systems that exchange
news with your site, post the control message to `to.system-name', where
system-name is one of your news neighbors. That's the only way
I've ever used this feature. Many of codas!mike's replies have
been bounced by systems far from him because the addresses got too
long for some mailers to handle. Postmasters on various systems got
lots of junk mail because of that. I guess enough material must
have gotten through to cause trouble for the systems upstream
of codas, as well.

Those who need to debug local distributions may have a use for
the sendsys and senduuname control messages. All others, Please
refer to the USENET map or consult your system manager.
