Canadian sites who call the US, and US sites who call Canada, beware:  if
you are calling late at night to save money, note that the maximum-discount
period can be *different* for intranational and international calls.  In
particular, if you assume that cheap calls start at 2300, you may be paying
a fair bit extra on your international calls -- in at least some areas, the
intranational deep-discount period starts at 2300 BUT the international
deep-discount period starts at 2400.
