I just noticed that a whole bunch of sites in California are listed
in more than one map file -- they're listed both in u.usa.ca.2 and
in one of either u.usa.ca.1 or u.usa.ca.4. Is this a feature or a bug?

distribution. The digits after each site name identify the files in
