I recently returned from the Human Factors Society Annual Meeting in Norfolk,
Virginia and thought those in net.cog-eng might find a mini-review of interest.

The conference was well attended by human factors professionals from the US and
abroad. Of the 85 sessions and workshops over the course of five days, 13
sessions dealt primarily with computer systems, with additional papers
concerning various HF aspects of computer systems scattered among the other
sessions.

This is not meant to be an all-inclusive list. Depending upon your interests,
there are probably numerous other papers that might be of interest. The
conference proceedings (2 volumes totaling over 1000 pages) are available from
the Human Factors Society.
