Actually, I am more interested in programming environments that perform the
indicated function than programming languages that have keyword parameters.
Ada, for example, has keyword parameters, as does Mesa, I believe. I do
not know, however, if the APSE or Cedar environments have procedure call
templates... does anyone out there know?
