The International Ergonomics Association, in collaboration with the
International Labor Organization and the World Health Organization, is 
organizing an International Congress.

It is:  Ergonomics in Developing Countries, Sao Paulo, Brazil, the end of
        November, 1984.

The six topics planned for the program cover:

	- The adaptation of machine and workplace design to the characteristics
  	  of the population.

	- The work load in tropical environments.

	- The effects of malnutrition and parasitoses on working capacity.

	- Design and prevention of toxic effects.

	- Job aids for technology transfer.

	- The organization of maintainence tasks for safety and health.
