I have selected a very unusual summer project, but, prompted by a show seen on a PBS (Public Broadcasting Service?) channel, I now seek ALL available information on a list of drugs in most common street usage: list: Thc, Pcp, Lsd, Mesc, Xtc (?), No (N2o?), others are welcome. I have no desire to gather a whole lot of information just to let it sit, I have hopes to create some form of useful SA on the subject if someone didn't allready do so. What I am looking for, is more then what I have seen around, I wish to find all information on say, "THC" (to start), (to move up (?) later) I desire pointers to research done in the area, (both Gov't & Private), there findings, and most important, I wan't to know how they came to there findings, with what tools, and what methods, also, it would be useful to know where the person doing the research came out with the findings they were expecting. (Hence, research done with high, or slight, bias). Any person in the drug field that has the same intrest is welcome to help out, at any level, after all, there is a clear opening for such a person with some free time to spend doing some very real work to shoot down, or firm up, the "stories" and "Wives tales" I have seen misused in far too many tv shows. After all, if people can't get correct information from TV, (Which is, like it or not, a MAJOR source of information now days), how are they to form useful, non bias, reasonable opinions. All pointers, and tips on how to rais the dust is greatly appriciated. All flames please report to net.flames, or /dev/null, I have no wish to listen such things over a mear query for information (A reason (if not THE) USENET used to exsist, before flamers took over).
