#N:ea:7300003:000:520 ea!jejones Jul 7 16:46:00 1984 Help! I'm rather confused about just how to use pipes under OS-9 (I mean in my own programs; the shell is quite canonical with respect to pipes). A clear, learned exposition on their use in BASIC09 or C code would be much appreciated! (Just to spread information and perhaps confusion--when I look at mdir, I see only one device, /pipe, out there. Does one simply open /pipe? That would seem to be begging for concurrency problems, unless, as is likely, something I don't understand is going on here.) James Jones
